Pada tahun 2013 menemukan bahwa dari total 1951 kelahiran spontan pervaginam, 57% ibu mendapat jahitan perineum(28% karena episiotomi dan 29% karena robekan spontan) (Depkes RI, 2013).Ruptur perineum adalah perlukaan jalan lahir yang terjadi pada saat kelahiran bayi baik menggunakan alat maupun tidak menggunakan alat. Ruptur perineum disebabkan paritas, jarak kelahiran, berat badan bayi, pimpinan persalinan tidak sebagaimana mestinya, ekstraksi cunam,ekstraksi fakum, trauma alat dan episiotomi. (sumarah,2009). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas pemberian lidah buaya (aloe barbadensis miller) di wilayah kerja puskesmas tigo baleh dengan sampel 12 orang ibu nifas yang mengalami luka perineum menggunakan desain posstest only control group desaign. Setiap responden diberikan perlakuan dengan pemberian lidah buaya (aloe barbadensis miller) sebanyak 200 gr selama 14 hari. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan skala reeda. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh rata-rata intervesi setelah pemberian lidah buaya (aloe barbadensis miller) adalah 14.8333 dan nilai rata-rata yang kontrol adalah 13.6667 dan p- value adalah 0.006 ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh dalam pemberian lidah buaya (aloe barbadensis miler) pada ibu nifas dengan luka perineum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Ikterus Pada Neonatus Di Klinik Keluarga Sikabau Kabupaten Dharmasraya Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Cass Control Study dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat. populasi dari penelitian adalah seluruh ibu bersalin atau bayi lahir yang tercatat dalam rekam medik Klinik Keluarga Sikabau dengan populasi kasus yaitu 78 dan populasi kontrol yaitu 202 bayi, dengan sampel kasus 20 dan sampel kontrol 20, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dalah consecutive sampling. Dari penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa dari 40 responden, 20 responden kasus (50,0%) yang mengalami Ikterus dan 20 responden kontrol (50,0%) yang tidak ikterus, dari 40 responden usia kehamilan lebih dari sebagian yaitu 29 responden (72,5%) yang beresiko, dari 40 responden komplikasi kehamilan lebih dari sebagian yaitu 31 responden (77,5%) ibu tidak beresiko, dan dari 40 responden lebih dari sebagian yaitu 27 responden (67,5%) yang memiliki berat badan lahir tidak BBLR. Hasil penelitian uji statistik didapatkan ada hubungan usia kehamilan Ibu (p=0,034), ada hubungan berat badan lahir (p=0,007) dengan kejadian ikterus neonaturum dan tidak ada hubungan komplikasi kehamilan bu dengan Kejadian ikterus neonaturum (p=0,449). Maka didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan usia kehamilan dan BBLR denga kejadian ikterus dan pada komplikasi kehamilan tidak ada hubungan dengan kejadian ikterus. Dengan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan pada ibu hamil selama kehamilan memperhatikan usia saat hamil, serta mengkonsumsi makanan yang bergizi selama kehamilan, sehingga mengurangi resiko bayi dengan ikterus.
