Guna menjamin tersedianya darah yang cukup bagi ibu hamil, bersalin dan nifas dan juga meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat untuk menjadi pendonor darah sukarela, maka Puskesmas Sitiung I bersama perangkat Nagari, berkerjasama untuk mengadakan program Nasidora (Nagari Siaga dengan Donor Darah Aktif). Fenomena yang ditemukan bahwa pada periode Januari – Oktober 2019, diantara 211 ibu hamil hanya 49 orang yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam program Nasidora. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi program Nasidora. Metode penelitian analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh anggota masyarakat yang memiliki kriteria sesuai dengan syarat-syarat pendonor dan berkunjung ke Puskesmas Sitiung I Kabupaten Dharmasraya, dengan rata-rata kunjungan 500 orang per bulan. Sampel sebanyak 96 orang, diambil secara accidental sampling. Pengolahan dan analisa data dilakukan secara komputerisasi. Hasil univariat didapatkan 62,5 % responden memiliki pengetahuan tinggi, 68,8 % tidak bekerja, 51,0 % memiliki motivasi rendah, dan 72,9 % partisipasi baik pada program Nasidora. Hasil bivariat tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan (p = 0,406) dan pekerjaan (p = 0,853) dengan program Nasidora. Namun ada hubungan motivasi dengan program Nasidora di Puskesmas Sitiung I Kecamatan Sitiung Kecamatan Dharmasraya (p = 0,001 dan OR = 6,300). Disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi program Nasidora adalah motivasi. Diharapkan pada petugas agar lebih gencar melakukan promosi dan edukasi seputar program Nasidora, serta memberikan rewar bagi masyarakat yang berpartisipasi dalam program Nasidora sehingga motivasi masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi pada program tersebut semakin tinggi. Penemuan pasien bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pasien TB, sehingga dapat dilakukan pengobatan agar sembuh sehingga tidak menularkan penyakitnya kepada orang lain. Puskesmas Guguk Panjang pada tahun 2021 hasil pelaksanaan penemuan Kasus hanya mencapai 14 (8,3%) kasus masih di bawah target Renstra Nasional Indonesia yang ditetapkan WHO yaitu sebanyak 70%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab rendahnya penemuan kasus TB di Puskesmas Guguk Panjang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas sebanyak 1 orang Pemegang Program TB, 1 orang Kepala Puskesmas, dan pasien sebanyak 3 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kemampuan petugas dalam penemuan kasus TB masih kurang karena tidak adanya pelatihan, Beban kerja petugas dalam penemuan masih dirasakan berat, karena, tidak adanya rotasi jabatan dan relatif lama menduduki satu jabatan, dan susahnya bekerjasama dengan masyarakat. Motivasi kerja petugas masih kurang akibat kejenuhan dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tidak adanya dorongan motivasi dari luar Pengetahuan Pasien tentang TB relative masih rendah dan menganggap biasa saja Tindakan pasien untuk menangani TB relatif masih rendah, karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang TB dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya memeriksakan diri ke Puskesmas Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan kepada Puskesmas Guguk panjang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam pelaksanaan penemuan kasus TB perlu dilakukannya penyuluhan secara kontinu tentang TB dan pencegahannya kepada masyarakat luas bukan hanya kepada pasien TB dengan melibatkan kader- kader. Siklus menstruasi terutama pada remaja putri sering tidak teratur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dengan siklus menstruasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 05 Koto Balingka pada September-Oktober 2019. Populasi penelitian adalah semua remaja putri di SMPN 05 Koto Balingka dengan jumlah 50 dan pengambilan sampel dengan rumus Slovin = 44 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode wawancara terpimpin. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Berdasarkan hasil sebanyak 31,8% responden dengan status gizi kurus dan 54,5% responden memiliki siklus menstruasi tidak normal. Hasil analisa bivariat didapatkan nilai p 0,002 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan status gizi dengan siklus menstruasi di SMPN 05 Koto BAlingka Kabupaten Pasaman Barat tahun 2019. Berdasarkan penelitian diharapkan responden dapat meningkatkan dan memperhatikan asupan makanan sehari-hari agar memiliki status gizi yang normal.
