Indonesia masuk dalam peringkat ke empat di dunia setelah berturut-turut China, India dan Amerika Serikat. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) 2016 penggunaan kontrasepsi telah meningkat di banyak bagian dunia, terutama di Asia dan Amerika Latin dan terendah di Sub-Sahara Afrika. Secara global pengguna kontrasepsi modern telah meningkat tidak signifikan dari 54% pada tahun 1990 menjadi 57,4% pada tahun 2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami terhadap penggunaan MKJP. Panelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan jumlah sampel 73 responden, Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat, uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 61,6% responden tidak menggunakan kontrasepsi, dan 64,4% tidak mendapatkan dukungan dari suami. Hasil analisis hubungan dengan menggunakan uji chi square didapatkan hasil bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan suami dengan penggunaan MKJP dengan p value 0,023 (P<0,05). Saran untuk kepada petugas kesehatan untuk selalu memberikan Penyuluhan kesehatan agar masyarakat mau menggunakan metode kontrasepsi jangka Panjang. Ada beberapa cara untuk melancarkan produksi ASI dengan farmakologis yaitu pemberian tablet pelancar ASI seperti Lactamor. Sedangkan untuk non farmakologis cara yang dilakukan yaitu breast care dan Teknik Marmet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kombinasi Breast Care Dan TeknikMarmet Terhadap Volume ASI Pada Ibu Post Sectio Caesarea Di RSU Permata Hati Muaro Bungo Tahun 2024”. Jenis penelitian ini Quasy Experimen dengan desain penelitian one group pre test-post test. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu Post Sectio Caesarea pada bulan Februari 2024. Dengan sampel sebanyak 16 orang responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan yaitu lembaran observasi dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Diketahui bahwa Rata-rata volume ASI sebelum yaitu 7,06 dan sesudah yaitu 17,31 dengan nilai p-value 0,000 ini menunjukkan bahwa Artinya adanya Pengaruh Kombinasi Breast Care Dan Teknik Marmet Terhadap Peningkatan volume ASI pada ibu Post Sectio Caesarea di RSU Permata Hati Muaro Bungo. Kesimpulan ada perbandingan yang signifikan antara nilai selisih rata-rata volume ASI sebelum dan sesudah di RSU Permata Hati Muaro Bungo. R saat persalinan kala I Fase Aktif, dari skala nyeri 7 menjadi skala nyeri 5 dan pada Ny. S dari skala nyeri 7 menjadi skala nyeri 4. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar kuesioner dan lembar SOP terapi brandt daroff. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Januari- 14 Februari 2024. Hasil penelitian didapatkan peningkatan keseimbangan pasien Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan terapi fisik Brandt Daroff,hasil uji T ( paires sample test ) pada pemberian terapi brandt darrof hari pertama sampai hari ketiga diperoleh p-value 0.000 &lt; 0,05.
