One that plays an important role in improving human quality is breastfeeding. The success of exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by the support and role of the family, especially husband support, besides that adequate health worker support also affects exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between husband support and health worker support for exclusive breastfeeding in the Koto Rajo Health Centre Working Area in 2023. This type of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional study research design, the study population is mothers who have babies 6-12 months, namely 32 people, sampling techniques using Total Sampling technique. From the results of univariate analysis obtained more than half (56.2%) of respondents with negative husband support, more than half (53.1%) of respondents with negative health worker support, and more than half (53.1%%) of respondents did not provide exclusive breastfeeding. From the results of bivariate analysis, the statistical test results of husband support obtained P value = 0. 000> 0.05 and the value of health worker support obtained P value = 0.014> 0.05 so it was concluded that there was a relationship between husband support and health worker support for exclusive breastfeeding in the Koto Rajo Health Centre Working Area in 2023. It is expected for husbands and health workers to increase support for breastfeeding mothers so that exclusive breastfeeding can be achieved in infants. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Bagaimana Pengaruh Edukasi Tentang Pemberian ASI Eksklusif Terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Trimester III Di Desa Lubuk Landai Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanah Sepenggal Lintas Kabupaten Bungo Tahun 2023”. Jenis penelitian ini Quasy Experimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil Trimester III yang akan melakukan ASI Ekslusif pada bulan Juni-Juli 2023. Dengan sampel sebanyak 16 orang responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan yaitu kusioner dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Diketahui bahwa skor pengetahuan sebelum yaitu 4,69 meningkat menjadi 8,00. Uji Statistik paired sample t_test diperoleh hasil nilai t_hitung sebesar -11,085 lebih kecil dari t_tabel 1,753 serta nilai p_value 0,000. Kesimpulan terdapatnya Pengaruh Edukasi Tentang Pemberian ASI Eksklusif Terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Trimester III Di Desa Lubuk Landai. Saran diharapkan pihak pelayanan kesahatan untuk memberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan pada ibu hamil serta keluarganya agar dapat mendukung pelaksanaan ASI Ekslusif nantinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Kejadian Post Partum Blues Terhadap Kelancaran Pengeluaran ASI di Puskesmas Timpeh Kecamatan Timpeh Kabupaten Dhamasraya Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan rancangan penelitian cross-sectional. Dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Populasi dari penelitian adalah seluruh Ibu Nifas yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Timpeh Kabupaten Dhamasraya adalah 73 ibu nifas, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah consecutive sampling yaitu 42 sampel. Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari 42 responden sebagian besar 26 responden (61,9%) mengalami keidaklancaran pengeluaran ASI pada ibu post partum, dan dari 42 responden sebagian besar 26 responden (61,9%) mengalami kejadian post partum blues. Hasil uji statistik terdapat hubungan antara kejadian post partum blues terhadap kelancaran pengeluaran ASI yaitu (p=0.004). Maka didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kejadian post partum blues terhadap kelancaran pengeluaran ASI. Dengan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang penanganan dan penatalaksanaan yang tepat saat mengalami kejadian post partum blues, dan jika ibu mengalami kecemasan berlebihan maka diharapkan pada suami atau keluaraga ibu dapat memberitahu tenaga kesehatan agar dapat dikonsultasikan agar permasalahan yang dirasakan ibu teratasi dan tidak memberikan efek buruk bagi ibu dan bayinya.
