Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di poliklinik bedah Rumah Sakit Tentara karena ada permasalahan seperti adanya keluhan dan ketidaknyamanan yang dirasakan oleh pasien maupun keluarganya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu menjelaskan angka dari hasil penelitian. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 113 responden, responden adalah pasien bedah di Poliklinik Bedah Rumah Sakit Tentara Solok. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, artinya seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian hubungan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,003 p value < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hubungan fasilitas kesehatan sebesar 0,000 p value < 0,05 maka disimpulkan bahwa fasilitas kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Saran pada penelitian ini supaya Poliklinik Bedah Rumah Sakit Tentara Solok selalu dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatan.
