Bahaya dari DBD adalah menyebabkan pendarahan yang serius, penurunan tekanan darah secara tiba-tiba (syok) dan bahkan menyebabkan kematian. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian DBD yaitu berupa tempat penampungan air, pengelolaan sampah, penerapan 4M plus dan sarana system pembuangan air limbah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian DBD, variabel Dependen Kejadian DBD, variabel Independen tempat penampungan air, pengelolaan sampah, penerapaan 4M plus, dan sarana system pembuangan air limbah. Populasi penelitian ini 32 penderita DBD yang terdata di RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total Sampling. Pengumpulan data peneliti lakukan pada bulan Juli-Agustus Tahun 2023. Analisis penelitian yang digunakan yakni menggunakan analisis univariat (ukuran pemusatan data) dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil penelitian univariat menunjukan 100% responden adalah responden yang positif DBD, dan rata-rata variabel Independen tempat penampungan air (Mean=6,00, SD=1,167), pengelolaan sampah (Mean=3,06, SD=0,840), penerapan 4M plus (Mean=3,16, SD=0,847), sarana system pembuangan air limbah (Mean=2,44, SD=0,840). Analisis Bivariat menyatakan ada hubungan tempat penampungan air p-value 0,000 (p<0,05), ada hubungan pengelolaan sampah p-value 0,000 (p <0,05), ada hubungan penerapan 4M plus p-value 0,000 (p<0,05), dan ada hubungan sarana system pembuangan air limbah 0,001 (p <0,05). Dapat disumpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan tempat penampungan air, pengelolaan sampah, penerapan 4M plus, sarana system pembuangan air limbah dengan Kejadian DBD. Peneliti mengharapkan Instansi pelayanan kesehatan RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi dapat memberikan edukasi menjaga lingkungan dari resiko perkembangan nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Cara pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi dengan subjek 1 orang yang menderita Diare di wilayah kerja puskesma IV Koto, Agam. Dengan Implementasi pemberian madu sebanyak 5 cc atau satu sendok makan dengan pemberian 3 kali sehari jam 07;00, 15:00 dan 21:00 WIB selama 3 hari berturut- turut pada hari kedua klien diare. Hasil : studi kasus didapatkan setelah pasien diberikan terapi pemberian madu murni selama 3 hari didapatkan hasil signifikan, dimana adanya penurunan frekuensi BAB pada anak yaitu dari 7 kali sehari dengan konsistensi cair menjadi 1 kali sehari dengan konsistensi lunak cair. Kesimpulan : adanya keefektivan terapi pemberian madu pada pasien Diare, dimana terjadinya penurunan frekuensi BAB pada anak dengan diare selama 3 hari implementasi.
