Fenomena yang ditemukan di lapangan bahwa banyak masyarakat yang memperoleh informasi tentang covid-19 dari sosial media, berita online ataupun informasi dari mulut-ke mulut yang belum bisa diketahui kebenarannya. Hal ini sering menimbulkan stigma negatif masyarakat tentang covid-19 dan mengabaikan himbauan- himbauan terkaid covid-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan promosi kesehatan terhadap stigma masyarakat tentang covid-19. Desain penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh masyarakat usia 17 - 45 tahun di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rao. Jumlah sampel 196 orang, diambil teknikstrata sampling danrandom sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisa menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil univariat diketahui 66,3 % responden kurang memperoleh promosi kesehatan tentang covid-19 dan 54,6 % memiliki stigma yang kurang baik tentang covid-19. Hasil bivariat ada hubungan promosi kesehatan terhadap stigma masyarakat tentang covid-19 (p = 0,000 dan OR = 4,493). Disimpulkan bahwa promosi kesehatan berhubungan dengan stigma masyarakat. Saran kepada petugas Puskesmas agar mengadakan kegiatan penyuluhan kepada kelompok- kelompok masyarakat, dengan membuka sesi tanya jawab, sehingga stigma yang kurang baik tentang covid-19 dapat diluruskan. RSUD Dr. Achmad Moctar Bukittinggi Memiliki 19, ruangan rawat inap, dimana rawat inap yang sering dikunjungi terdapat rawat inap di ruangan kebidanan sebanyak 2.125. Wawancara dilakukan pada 7 orang pasien mengatakan kunjungan dokter yang kurang teratur mengakibatkan pasien harus menunggu lama, ruang inap yang tidak nyaman, Perawat kurang ramah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan daya tanggap petugas kesehatan dan kepuasan pasien JKN. Desain penelitian mengunakan Cross-Sectional Study dilaksanakan di RSUD Dr.Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi pada bulan Maret-September 2016. Populasi seluruhnya berjumlah 2.125 pasien dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 pasien diambil secara teknik Accidental Sampling dianalisis mengunakan uji Chi-Square (CI 95%, α = 0,05). Hasil univariat didapatkan daya tanggap petugas kesehatan yang tidak tanggap 57,9% responden, kepuasan pasien JKN yang tidak puas 54,7% responden dan analisis bivariat diperoleh adanya hubungan bermakna antara daya tanggap petugas kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien JKN (p=0,0001,). Dapat disimpulkan, bahwa daya tanggap petugas kesehatan berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien JKN. Untuk itu diharapkan bagi institusi kesehatan untuk lebih mengutamakan pelayanan yang baik dan bermutu terhadap pasien yang datang. Faktor penyebab wasting adalah penyebab langsung (asupan makanan/infeksi, kombinasi keduanya), penyebab tidak langsung (ketersediaan pangan tingkat keluarga, pola asuh, pelayanan kesehatan, lingkungan), masalah utama (kemiskinan, karakteristik keluarga, sosiodemografi) dan masalah dasar (krisis politik, ekonomi). Wasting dapat mengganggu fungsi sistem kekebalan tubuh sehingga menyebabkan peningkatan keparahan, durasi, dan kerentanan terhadap penyakit menular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif dan status imunisasi dasar terhadap kejadian wasting pada Balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sumber Agung Kecamatan Margo Tabir Kabupaten Merangin. Desain penelitian case control. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 85 responden, yaitu 27 sampel kasus dan 58 sampel kontrol. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling. Waktu penelitian Desember 2023 s/d April 2024. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar cheklist, dianalisis dengan Chi- square menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian univariat menunjukkan mayoritas responden memiliki riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif (67,1%) dan status imunisasi dasar lengkap (75,3%). Pada uji Chi-square didapatkan riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif (p=0,005) dan status imunisasi dasar (p=0,039). Disimpulkan adanya hubungan riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif dan status imunisasi dasar dengan kejadian wasting pada Balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sumber Agung Kecamatan Margo Tabir Kabupaten Merangin tahun 2024. Disarankan kepada petugas Puskesmas agar dapat meningkatkan edukasi atau promosi kesehatan tentang pentingnya imunisasi dasar lengkap dan ASI eksklusif untuk mencegah terjadinya wasting pada generasi berikutnya.
