Description An account of the resource Penyakit Tubercolusis atau yang sering disebut TB Paru adalah infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tubercolusis. Tuberculosis merupakan masalah kesehatan, baik dari sisi angka kematian (mortalitas) angka kejadian penyakit (morbiditas), maupun diagnosis dan terapinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengalaman remaja yang menderita TB paru di poli paru di Rumah Sakit Paru Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif, untuk pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah remaja yang terkena TB paru, dengan jumlah partisipan 7 orang. Data dianalisia dengan menggunakan metode collaizi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi 5 tema, yaitu 1) Dampak psikologis, 2) Dampak fisik, 3) Dampak spiritual, 4) Manajemen pengobatan, 5) Respon keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman remaja yang menderita TB paru di poli paru di Rumah Sakit Paru Sumatera Barat terdapat dampak psikologis yang menimbulkan perasaan tidak menyenangkan, mengalami harga diri rendah, merasa stres. Dan dampak fisik yang dialami penurunan berat badan. Dampak spiritual yang dialami yaitu semakin dekat pada Allah. Manajemen pengobatan yang dilakukan yaitu berobat ketenaga medis dan rutin melakukan pengobatan. Respon keluarga yaitu keluarga mengalami perasaan tidak menyenangkan. Saran bagi pihak rumah sakit agar memberikan informasi yang baik terkait penyakit TB paru pada remaja yang mengalami penyakit TB paru. Penyebaran covid-19 semakin hari semakin mengkhawatirkan sehingga menimbulkan perasaan cemas, jika seseorang cemas berlebih dan semakin berfikiran negatif bisa saja Covid-19 akan menyerang yang lemah. Maka secara otomatis muncul upaya untuk mengatasi kecemasan dengan berbagai mekanisme koping, salah satunya religiusitas. religiusitas dapat menjadi mekanisme koping dan faktor yang berkontribusi penting terhadap proses pemulihan dan kematangan beragama seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Religiusitas dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Mahasiswa pada Pandemi Covid-19 di Institut Kesehatan Prima Nusantara Bukittinggi Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ada 71 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Probability sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner serta diolah dengan komputerisasi. Data analisis menggunakan uji chi-square dengan hasil 30 responden dengan tingkat religiusitas rendah sebanyak 7 responden (23,31%) terjadi kecemasan ringan. Dari 41 responden dengan tingkat religiusitas tinggi sebanyak 39 responden (95,1%) terjadi kecemasan sedang. Hasil uji chi-square didapatkan nilai p = 0,017 (<0,05) yang artinya terdapat hubungan tingkat religiusitas dengan tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa pada masa pandemi covid-19 di institut kesehatan prima nusantara bukittingi pada tahun 2021. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diharapkan kepada responden yang berada di Institut Kesehatan Prima Nusantara Bukittinggi pada masa pandemi ini tetap melaksanakan kegiatan ibadah dan berserah diri kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa agar tingkat kecemasan berkurang.
