Nyeri disebabkan karena kerusakan vaskuler akibat dari hipertensi pada seluruh pembuluh perifer. Dampak nyeri pada klien hipertensi apabila tidak segera ditangani dapat menimbulkan masalah keperawatan seperti nyeri akut. Manajemen nyeri yang dapat dilakukan untuk menangani nyeri agar klien merasa aman dan nyaman, yang dapat dilakukan melalui intervensi non farmakologis yaitu dengan membaca surah Ar- Rahman. Tujuan karya ilmiah akhir Ners ini untuk mengetahui Penerapan membaca surah Ar-Rahman terhadap penurunan Intensitas Nyeri pada Klien dengan Hipertensi. Hasil pengkajian didapatkan keluhan utama klien mengatakan kepala terasa sakit sejak 3 hari yang lalu, skala nyeri 4, rencana keperawatan manajemen nyeri dan memberikan intervensi membaca surah Ar-Rahman, tindakan keperawatan ini dilakukan sebanyak 1 kali pertemuan. Hasil menunjukan klien mengatakan nyeri sudah berkurang, skala nyeri 3, dan klien mengatakan merasa tenang dan lebih rileks. Rendahnya kunjungan lansia ke posyandu akan berdampak pada kesehatannya. Kunjungan lansia ke posyandu Desa Jujun di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rawat Inap Jujun tahun 2021 berjumlah 45%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keaktifan lansia dalam mengikuti posyandu lansia desa Jujun di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawat Inap Jujun tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study dilaksanakan tanggal 18 Februari – 18 Maret 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian seluruh lansia yang datang ke posyandu lansia desa Jujun pada bulan Januari – Desember berjumlah 209 orang. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data diolah secara komputerisasi dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 35 (51,4%) responden tidak aktif dalam mengikuti posyandu lansia, 37 (54,4%) responden dengan motivasi kurang baik, 38 (55,8%) responden dengan dukungan keluarga kurang baik dan 41 (60,2%) responden dengan peran kader kurang baik di posyandu lansia Desa Jujun. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diketahui terdapat hubungan antara motivasi, dukungan keluarga dan peran kader dengan keaktifan lansia dengan nilai p<0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan motivasi, dukungan keluarga, peran kader dengan keaktifan lansia dalam mengikuti posyandu lansia desa Jujun di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawat Inap Jujun tahun 2021. Maka diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan di puskesmas semerap untuk dapat memotivasi, dukungan keluarga dan meningkatkan peran kader supaya aktif. Salah satu negara yang berkembang mempunyai prevalensi hipertensi tertinggi yaitu di Indonesia serta menjadi penyebab kematian ke 5 terbesar di Indonesia. Salah satu intervensi keperawatan non farmakologis yang dapat diaplikasikan pada pasien hipertensi adalah membaca Al-Qur’an . Surah Ar-Rahman dapat dijadikan alternatif pengobatan Non farmakologis bagi penderita hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh membaca surah Ar-Rahman terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gambok tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengunakan quasy experiment dengan rancangan tipe two grup pre test-post test with control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Uji bivariat menggunakan Wilcoxcon hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik sebelum (pretest) dilakukan terapi membaca surah Ar- Rahman adalah 155.65 mmHg dan diastoliknya adalah 95.22 mmHg dan Rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik setelah (posttest) dilakukan intervensi membaca surah Ar- Rahman adalah 145.22 mmHg dan diastoliknya adalah 89.57 mmHg. Dengan demikian hasil Uji Wilcoxon Test diperoleh hasil statistik didapatkan sistolik nilai p=0.000 dan diastolik nilai p=0.003, α= 0.05 (p<α) yang berarti ada perubahan yang bermakna terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi yang sudah diberikan terapi membaca surah Ar-Rahman. Disarankan kepada perawat untuk dapat digunakan sebagai landasan mewujudkan evidence based practice dalam penanganan penderita hipertensi dengan terapi komplementer.
