Di Kabupaten Tebo didapatkan bahwa 6.720 ibu hamil didapatkan 104 ibu hamil yang mengalami Kurang Energi Kronik di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rimbo Bujang IX. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Pangan Rumah Tangga terhadap kejadian Kurang Energi Kronik pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rimbo Bujang IX Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2022. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah 34 orang ibu hamil yang diambil dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari-September 2022. Data diolah dengan komputerisasi menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square. Analisis Univariat didapatkan bahwa 22 orang (64,7%) berada pada status Ekonomi Tidak Sejahtera dan 21 orang (61,8%) berada pada status Tidak Tahan Pangan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan Ekonomi (p = 0,000) dan Ketahanan Pangan (p-value = 0,000) dengan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rimbo Bujang IX Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Pangan rumah tangga secara signifikan berhubungan dengan kejadian Kurang Energi Kronik. Disarankan kepada tenaga kesehatan agar terus meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan khususnya asuhan kebidanan agar dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu hamil sehingga tidak terjadi lagi kasus Kurang Energi Kronik. Namun ternyata cara ini menimbulkan kesulitan yang serius sehingga harus dikoreksi berkali-kali dan akhirnya harus diterjemahkan ulang sendiri dan disunting kembali. Setelah memakan tenaga dan waktu yang agak lama akhirnya terjemahan buku ini dapat terbit untuk dipakai dalam lingkungan sendiri. Disadari banyak sekali kekurangan yang ada dalam terjemahan ini terutama dalam hal penggunaan istilah-istilah medis, laboratorium, biologi dalam bahasa Indonesia baku. Oleh karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterbatasan waktu untuk melakukan “cross check” akan kebenaran istilah-istilah yang digunakan dalam bahasa Indonesia baku maka terjemahan ini tampil apa adanya. Mengingat bahwa para pembaca buku ini diperkirakan paling tidak berasal dari tiga generasi sistem pendidikan kesehatan yang berbeda, yang telah terbiasa menggunakan istilah- istilah pada zamannya maka beberapa istilah, sebutan, akan muncul dalam berbagai versi dengan pengertian yang sama. Misalnya: tetanus neonatorum, neonatal tetanus, tetanus pada bayi adalah satu hal yang sama dengan sebutan berbeda. Tinja, kotoran, feces, feses; ekskreta, excrete; secret, sekret, akan muncul silih berganti. Istilah pejamu, hospes, host, inang, tuan rumah, juga akan tampil silih berganti dengan maksud yang sama. Begitu pula BSR (Blood Sedimentation Rate), ESR (Erithrocyt Sedimentation Rate) dan LED (Laju Endap Darah), maksudnya adalah sama. Beberapa istilah yang sulit diterjemahkan dan sulit dicarikan padanannya dalam bahasa Indonesia baku dan karena alasan agar enak dibaca dan mudah dipahami sesuai dengan konteks kalimatnya maka istilah-istilah tersebut dibiarkan tampil dalam bahasa aslinya, yaitu bahasa Inggris dan Latin, dan dicetak dengan huruf miring.
