Diagnosa keperawatan resiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif berhubungan dengan factor resiko (hipertensi) yang dilakukan selama 3 hari didapatkan TD pada hari pertama 160/100 mmHg, TD pada hari kedua yaitu 140/100 mmHg sedangkan pada hari ke 3 dilakukan pemberian pemberian terapi nafas dalam didapatkan TD 130/80 mmHg sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa pemberian pemberian terapi nafas dalam efektif. Penanganan yang dapat dilakukan pada pasien GGK diantaranya adalah hemodialisis. Hemodialisa dengan jangka yang panjang sering menghilangkan semangat hidup seorang sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan seorang untuk menjalani terapi hemodialisa. adanya spiritual well-being akan mendorong rasa semangat dan motivasi dan ikhlas dalam menjalani terapi hemodialisis sesuai jadwal yang sudah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahuai hubungan spiritual well-being dengan kepatuhan menjalani terapi hemodialisa pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik. Penelitian telah dilakukan pada tanggal 25 sampai 29 April 2024. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa di RS. Bukit Asam Medika dan RSUD Rabain Muara Enim yang berjumlah 51 Orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling, data diolah secara komputerisasi dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (66,7 %) responden mempunyai spiritual Well Being kategori tinggi dan (60,8 %) responden patuh menjalani terapi hemodialisis. Hasil analisis terdapat hubungan spiritual well- being dengan kepatuhan menjalani terapi hemodialisa pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik p value = 0,000. Perawat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemberian perawatan spiritual untuk membantu pasien meningkatkan kesejahteraan spiritual yang dimiliki. Perawat tetap dapat memberikan perawatan spiritual walaupun dalam keterbatasan waktu, yaitu melalui komunikasi terapeutik, empati, mendengarkan aktif, dan memfasilitasi pasien untuk mengekspresikan sisi spiritual (misalnya, berdoa sebelum penatalaksanaan hemodialisis).
