Thalib Sungai Penuh Tahun 2022 Description An account of the resource Bayi berat lahir rendah ialah berat badan bayi yang kurang dari 2.500 gram tanpa memandang masa gestasi atau usia kehamilan. Data Riskesdas tahun 2018 menunjukan telah terjadi kenaikanproporsi kejadian BBLR di Indonesia dimana angka BBLR mencapai 6,2%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian BBLR di Ruang Perinatologi RSUD Mayjen H. A. Thalib Sungai Penuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik retrospektif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi adalah ibu hamil yang melahirkan di RSUD Mayjen H. A. Thalib Sungai Penuh tahun 2022 yaitu berjumlah 148 orang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui data rekam medis pasien kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan usia ibu (p=0,014), Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT) ibu (p=0,017) dan paritas (p=0,001) dengan kejadian BBLR di RSUD Mayjen H. A. Thalib Sungai Penuh tahun 2022 dimana p<0,005. Disarankan kepada pihak rumah sakit dan petugas medis agar bisa menjadi edukator, fasilitator dalam pencegahan komplikasi pada ibu hamil khususnya BBLR. Asma dapat dikendalikan dengan pengelolaan yang dilakukan secara lengkap, tidak hanya dengan pemberian terapi farmakologis tetapi juga menggunakan terapi nonfarmakologis yaitu dengan cara mengontrol gejala asma. Latihan relaksasi imajinasi terbimbing merupakan salah satu terapi komplementer yang bisa dijadikan sebagai tindakan mandiri profesi Perawat. Tujuan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk menerapkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien asma bronkial dengan intervensi teknik imajinasi terbimbing di wilayah kerja puskesmas sungai tutung selama 3 hari yang bertujuan menurunkan frekuensi pernafasan klien. Hasil analisis menunjukkan penurunan frekuensi pernafasan dari 28 x/menit menjadi 26 x/menit. Kesimpulan intervensi teknik imajinasi terbimbing yang dilakukan selama 3 hari menunjukkan ada penurunan frekuensi pernafaasan. Diharapkan pihak pelayanan kesehatan khususnya di puskesmas sungai tutung dapat memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan tentang Penerapan Teknik imajinasiterbimbing sesuai SOP kepada pasien.
