Hipertensi juga disebut sebagai penyakit tidak menular, karena hipertensi merupakan penyakit kronis yang tidak dapat ditularkan ke orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mempelajari mengenai asuhan keperawatan pada keluarga dengan klien hipertensi di Desa Puskesmas Limbur Tembesi Tahun 2023. Hasil pengkajian pada klien ditemukan keluhan utama yaitu nyeri dan kurang pengetahuan pada keluarga dengan hipertensi. Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan ditunjang dengan fasilitas dan sarana yang mendukung serta evaluasi dilakukan secara baik. Hasil evaluasi akhir dengan diagnosis nyeri (tingkat sedang) pada Ny.Z dengan hipertensi ketidakmampuan keluarga dalam mengenal masalah kesehatan keluarga. Pada awal pengkajian Ny.Z mengatakan tidak mengetahui tentang hipertensi dan cara merawat penderita hipertensi. Setelah dilakukan impelementasi selama 5 kali pertemuan yaitu keluarga diberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang hipertensi dan cara merawat penderita hipertensi, sekarang keluarga Ny.Z mampu memahami tentang hipertensi dan mampu merawat penderita hipertensi. Dan setelah dilakukan penerapan intervensi jus mentimun tekanan darah Ny.Z mengalami penurunan dari 140/90 mmHg menjadi 120/80 mmHg. Upaya dalam menangani masalah pada kecemasan remaja putri saat pre menstrual syndrome dengan memberikan aromaterapi bergamot (cytrus bergamia) Pada remaja putri dengan kandungan linalool dan linalyl yang dapat mengatasi kecemasan. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian aromaterapi bergamot (cytrus bergamia) terhadap kecemasan remaja putri saat pre menstrual syndrome di MAN 2 Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan alat ukur skala ZSAS dan desain penelitian one group pre test and post test design . Populasi sampel sebanyak 206 orang dan sampel menggunakan rumus finite population berjumlah 18 orang untuk diberikan aromaterapi bergamot (cytrus bergamia) sebanyak 1x1 hari. Hasil univariat didapatkan rerata sebelum 47,44 dan rerata sesudah 31,44 setelah dilakukan uji wilcoxon rank test didapati nilai p value = 0,000 dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pemberian aromaterapi bergamot (cytrus bergamia) terhadap kecemasan remaja putri saat pre menstruan syndrome. Diharapkan untuk dapat menjadikan hasil penelitian ini sebagai intervensi pada remaja putri yang mengalami kecemasan saat pre menstrual syndrome dengan menggunakan aromaterapi bergamot (cytrus bergamia).
