Title A name given to the resource Efektivitas Terapi Teknik Relaksasi Autogenik Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Tinggi (Hipertensi) Pada Lansia Diwilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tapus Tahun 2018 Description An account of the resource Prevalensi penderita hipertensi Indonesia menunjukkan sebanyak 1,8% sampai 28,6% penduduk yang berusia diatas 20 tahun adalah penderita hipertensi. Relaksasi autogenik ialah sejenis hipnosis kawalan sendiri yang menggunakan bayangan penglihatan untuk menghasilkan relaksasi dan memanaskan badan secara sistematik. Data hasil survei yang dilakukan peneliti pada tanggal 21 Desember 2018, terdapat 126 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi teknik relaksasi autogenik terhadap penurunan tekanan darah tinggi (hipertensi) pada lansia Diwilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tapus Tahun 2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 126 orang. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada tanggal 8 sampai 15 Februari 2018. Penelitian ini Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy-eksperimen yaitu one group pra-post test design dengan menggunakan uji t tes dependen. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan Perbedaan rata-rata tekanan darah sistole sebelum dan sesudah terapi teknik relaksasi autogenik adalah 27,647 dengan standar deviasi 10,914. Nilai mean perbedaan tekanan darah diastole sebelum dan sesudah terapi teknik relaksasi autogenik adalah 5,623 dengan standar deviasi 5,623. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan p value 0,000 dan 0,001 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi teknik relaksasi autogenik efektif terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tapus Tahun 2018. Disarankan penelitian ini dapat dimasukkan dalam SOP bagi perawat diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Tapus khususnya program penangulangan penyakit tidak menular pada kasus hipertensi. Memberikan Pendidikan kesehatan serta dischart planning pemulangan pasien sebagai tindakan mandiri sederhana yang bisa dilakukan pasien dirumah.
