ACHMAD DARWIS SULIKI TAHUN 2022 Description An account of the resource Early Warning Scoring Systems (EWSS) adalah suatu instrumen berdasarkan pengamatan fisiologis sederhana yang dapat mendeteksi pasien rawat inap yang berisiko tinggi mengalami perburukan. Kepatuhan perawat dalam menjalankan EWSS sangat penting karena jika tidak patuh maka angka kematian yang tidak diprediksi akan tinggi. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan perawat dalam menjalankan EWSS, diantaranya pengetahuan, motivasi dan sikap. Dari 12 perawat yang di wawancara 7 orang jarang mengisi blangko EWSS, 4 orang melakukan sesuai SOP dan 1 orang belum pernah mengisi blangko EWSS. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan perawat dalam menjalankan EWSS di Ruang Rawatan RSUD dr. Achmad Darwis Suliki. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh perawat yang bertugas di ruang rawatan RSUD dr. Achmad darwis Suliki yang berjumlah 48 orang yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisa dengan uji chi- square. Hasil univariat penelitian menunjukkan 75% responden berpengetahuan baik, 60,4% responden bermotivasi baik, 62,5% responden bersikap baik, dan 58,3% responden patuh dalam menjalankan EWSS. Hasil analisa chi-square didapatkan ada pengaruh pengetahuan (p-value 0,007), motivasi (p-value 0,002), dan sikap (p-value 0,034) dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam menjalankan EWSS (p-value < 0,05). Dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pengetahuan, motivasi, dan sikap terhadap kepatuhan perawat dalam menjalankan EWSS.Untuk itu disarankan kepada perawat untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam menjalankan EWSS dengan cara meningkatkan pengetahuan, motivasi dan sikap tentang EWSS.
