Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Di Paud/TK Kecamatan Lengayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh Anak Di Paud/TK dengan sampel 57 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji chi square. 32 (56,1%) pengetahuan gizi ibu, 32 (56,1%) pola asuh kurang, 34 (59,6%) dengan nafsu makan rendah, 35 (61,4%) yang mengalami sulit makan. Dan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan gizi ibu dengan Dengan Sulit Makan Pada Anak Paud / Tk dengan nilai p = 0,0005 (p≤0,05) (OR=18), Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pola asuh Dengan Sulit Makan Pada Anak Paud / Tk dengan nilai p = 0,0005 (p≤0,05)(OR=0,056), Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara nafsu makan dengan Dengan Sulit Makan Pada Anak Paud / Tk dengan nilai p = 0,0005 (p≤0,05)(OR=106) Di Kecamatan Lengayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Tahun 2019. Pemberian posisi yang tepat pada pasien asma yaitu posisi semi fowler merupakan salah satu terapi untuk mengurangi sesak napas rata-rata frekuensi pernapasannya dari 28x/menit menurun menjadi 20x/menit yang dikategorikan pernapasan normal Menurut mahasiswa pem- berian posisi semi fowler dengan meninggikan kepala pada kemiringan 300 -45o tepat untuk mengurangi rasa sesak pada pasien asma dan dapat memberikan kenyamanan pada pasien asma. Perawat telah mengajarkan langkah-langkah melakukan terapi tersebut didepan keluarga agar keluarga mengetahui dengan jelas tujuan dan cara melakukannya.Sebagai tambahan informasi bagi pelayanan kesehatan dapat menambah pengetahuan tentang posisi semi fowler dengan meninggikan kepala pada kemiringan 30o -45o terhadap bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif pada pasien asma. Partus lama juga merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian ibu di Indonesia yang angka kejadiaannya terus meningkat yaitu 1% padatahun 2010, 1,1 % pada tahun 2011, dan 1,8% pada tahun 2012. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas air rendaman rumput fatimah terhadap kemajuan persalunan di Puskesmas Sungai Limau Tahun 2020. Manfaat penelitian sebagai bahan masukan bagi pengembangan ilmu kebidanan dan memberi informasi terbaru bagi bidan dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya tentang rendaman air rumput fatimah bagi ibu bersalin. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu analitik quasi eksperimen dengan desain static group comparision. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Limau bulan Februari s/d Maret 2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa dari 10 responden, rata- rata kemajuan persalinan yang tidak diberikan air rendaman rumput fatimah 3,8, dan rata-rata 2,1 kemajuan persalinan yang diberikan air rendaman rumput fatimah. Maka adanya Efektifitas Air Rendaman Rumput Fatimah Terhadap Kemajuan Persalinan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Limau Tahun 2020 (p- value = 0,038). Diharapkan kepada Puskesmas Sungai Limau untuk melakukan pemantauan persalinan pada ibu bersalin secara alamiah dan tidak menerapkan pemberian air rendaman rumput fatimah tanpa pengawasan dari Dokter.
