Title A name given to the resource PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN INISIASI MENYUSU DINI (IMD) TERHADAP WAKTU PELEPASAN PLASENTA DI BPM “YL” LUBUK ALUNG KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN TAHUN 2019 Description An account of the resource Penelitian Enmond (2012) menyebutkan pada 11.000 kelahiran dari bulan Juni 2011 sampai Juni 2012 setelah diberi kesempatan menyusu dalam satu jam pertama dapat menyelamatkan 22% bayi dibawah 28 hari dan 8 hari lebih berhasil dalam pemberian ASI ekslusif. Inisiasi menyusu dini (IMD) merupakan salah satu cara menurunkan AKB sebesar 22%. Di BPM “YL” Lubuk Alung bulan januari- juni 2019 jumlah persalinan sebanyak 265 orang, dengan jumlah rata-rata tiap bulan adalah 42 orang. Inisiasi menyusu dini (early breastfeeding initiation) atau permulaan menyusu dini adalah bayi melakukan inisiasi menyusu sendiri segera setelah lahir. Ada pun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rata- rata waktu pelepasan plasenta kelompok kontrol, kelompok intervensi dan pengaruh pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusu dini (IMD) terhadap waktu pelepasan plasenta di BPM “YL” Lubuk Alung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman tahun 2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Quasi Eksperiment dengan rancangan penelitian post test only control group design. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 13 sampel kelompok kontrol dan 13 kelompok intervensi. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Independen T-Test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata waktu pelepasan plasenta pada kelompok kontrol adalah 13,46 menit, sedangkan untuk kelompok intervensi rata-rata pelepasan plasenta adalah 10,38 menit. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p=0,010 maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusu dini terhadap waktu pelepasan plasenta. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah diharapkan pada petugas kesehatan agar lebih berperan aktif melaksanakan inisiasi menyusu dini pada ibu bersalin agar mempermudah pengeluaran plasenta. It has provided a remarkably authoritative description of both gross and microscopic anatomy of the human body for many generations of medical students and practicing medical scientists on a worldwide basis. It has been, and remains, cher- ished not only as a primary source of anatomical knowledge but also as a reliable resource to which the student or practitioner might return for many years, indeed, throughout the entire length of a medical career. Although the classical text is regularly updated, recent major developments in both basic and clinical medicine have prompted a major reconsideration of the utility of a single large volume devoted to all of human anatomy. Concerns are especially related to the increasing specialization, if not frank fragmentation, of the medical arts with which the contemporary physician must deal on a day-to-day basis. As a consequence of such a reappraisal, a decision has been made to extract focused portions of the major text devoted to specific conceptual domains. Gray’s Anatomy itself will remain as authoritative as ever but will be expanded by the inclusion of clinical case material to illustrate in depth, whenever possible, the application of anatomical principles to the bedside. The field of neuroanatomy lends itself particularly well to such a departure from the more traditional approach to human anatomy, with the original Gray’s material being utilized as the foundation for such an enhanced pedagogical approach. In Gray’s Clinical Neuroanatomy, virtually all the original neuroanatomical text in the thirty-ninth edition is preserved, although it is transposed and rearranged to meet innovative structural guidelines and is comple- mented by a host of clinical case vignettes, which in turn are augmented by visual materials designed to strengthen the link between the clinic and the dissecting room. It must be emphasized that there has been no attempt to develop yet another com- prehensive textbook of neurology as such; the neurological disorders cited here are entirely exemplary and directly relevant to the underlying anatomical principles of the traditional Gray’s. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui Hubungan Breasfeeding Father (Dukungan Suami) dengan Pemberian ASI Ekslusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rasimah Ahmad Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 79 responden. Metode yang digunakan probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate stratified random sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dengan hasil didapatkan 32 (40,5%) responden mempersepsikan dukungan suami yang kurang baik, selanjutnya hampir sebagian responden 50 (63,3%) mempersepsikan tidak memberikan ASI ekslusif, sedangkan 7 (21,9%) responden mempersepsikan dukungan suami kurang baik tetapi ASI ekslusif masih diberikan. Hasil uji statistik dukungan suami dengan pemberian ASI ekslusif diperoleh nilai p=0,043 (p≤ 0,05). Kesimpulan didapatkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan suami dengan pemberian ASI ekslusif. Diharapkan kepada suami untuk lebih memperhatikan dan memberikan dukungan informasi, dukungan langsung yang diberikan suami, dukungan emosional dan dukungan positif kepada istri dalam memberikan ASI secara ekslusif kepada bayi 0-6 bulan.
