Pengetahuan ibu pasca persalinan diwilayah puskesmas Tegal Arum masihkurang baik sebelum diberikan KIE KB pasca persalinan melalui Media Card. Hal ini diperlukan KIE yang efektif terhadap calon akseptor KB dan Ibu nifas. Pemilihan alat kontrasepsi harus diputuskan dengan baik. Media card dapat dimanfaatkan dalam memberikan KIE KB. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat Pengaruh KIE Melalui Media Card Terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu Pasca Persalinan Tentang Pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi Pasca Persalinans di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tegal Arum Kabupaten Tebo Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini berupa desain pra-experiment yang rancangannya menggunakan the one grouppretest-posttest desaign,. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu pasca persalinan dengan jumlah sampel 8 orang ibu pasca persalinan 0-3 hari yang dilakukan di wilayah Puskesmas Tegal Arum Waktu pada bulan September 2023. Cara menghitung sampel menggunakan rumus sampel probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi kemudian dianalisis yang dilakukan terhadap tiap variabel dari hasil penelitian, hasil pada analisis univariate pretes dengan rata-rata 54,88, sedangkan pada nilai posttest rata-rata 78,38. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji distribusi normal shapiro will dengan nilai p> 0,05( pretest 0,051 dan postest 0,063).
