Cakupan bayi yang mendapat ASI ekslusif di sumatera barat tahun 2017 masih rendah yaitu 58,4% pada bayi laki-laki dan 56,1% pada bayi perempuan. Salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan volume ASI adalah dengan mengkonsumsi jus kurma. Kurma (Phoenix dactylifera) merupakan tanaman yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia.Kurma mengandung mineral yaitu potasiun yang dapat menghalangi reseptor dopamine, kemudian merangsang pelepasan prolaktin.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pemberian jus kurma terhadap volume asi ibu menyusui di pustu balingka.Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu desain penelitian kuasi eksperimen pre test danpost test untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh jus kurma terhadap volume ASI. Sampel berjumlah 6 orang dengan ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 3-40 hari.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanpurposivesampling. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu lembar observasi. Uji analisis data univariat dan uji analisi bivariat dilakukan dengan sebelumnya melihat uji normalitas data (uji shapiro wilk). Uji bivariat dengan menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian nilai mean pre test 4,17 dan post test 22,50 serta menunjukan (p-value 0,001) maka dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh pemberian jus kurma terhadap volume ASI pada ibu menyusui. Dengan adanya pengaruh dari hasil penelitian ini, ibu dalam masa menyusui dapat mengkonsumsi jus kurma untuk meningkatkan volume ASI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III pada bulan Januari sampai Maret 2024 yaitu sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Sampling Insidental/ Accidental Sampling diperoleh 33 orang responden. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Koto Lolo Tahun 2024 mulai dari bulan Desember 2023 sampai bulan April 2024. Dengan alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah angket/kuesioner. Analisis data yang dipakai adalah chi square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Diketahui distribusi frekuensi pengetahuan ibu tentang postpartum blues di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Koto Lolo Tahun 2024 sebagian besar adalah kurang (45,46%), Diketahui distribusi frekuensi sikap ibu tentang postpartum blues di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Koto Lolo Tahun 2024 sebagian besar adalah positif (66,67%), Diketahui distribusi frekuensi kejadian postpartum blues di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Koto Lolo Tahun 2024 sebagian besar adalah tidak postpartum blues (69,70%%), Dari Hasil uji chi square p value = 0,000 berarti p < 0,05 hal ini menujukkan bahwa Terdapat hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang postpartum blues dengan kejadian postpartum blues di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Koto Lolo Tahun 2024, hasil uji chi square p value = 0.006 berarti p < 0,05 hal ini menujukkan bahwa Terdapat hubungan sikap ibu tentang postpartum blues dengan kejadian postpartum blues di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Koto Lolo Tahun 2024. Sehingga bagi Puskesmas agar dapat mendorong dan mengedukasi setiap ibu hamil dalam usaha mencegah terjadinya postpartum blues.
