Kacang hijau juga mengandung fitat sebesar 2,19%. Fitat dapat menghambat penyerapan zat besi sehingga baik untuk meningkatkat kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pemberian sari kacang hijau terhadap kadar hemoglobin Ibu hamil dengan anemia di Puskesmas Kumun Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasy Eksperimental, dengan jenis rancangannya Two Group Pre And Post- Test Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III sebanyak 58 orang dan sampel sebanyak 20 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum pemberian sari kacang hijau dan tablet Fe adalah 10.91 gr/dL dan setelah pemberian sari kacang hijau dan tablet Fe adalah 10.42 gr/dL, pada uji independent t test Nilai P value = 0.007 dimana p<0.05 di simpulkan ada pengaruh pemberian sari kacang hijau dan tablet Fe terhadap kadar hemoglobin Ibu hamil dengan anemia di Puskesmas Kumun Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2022. Disimpulkan ada pengaruh pemberian sari kacang hijau dan tablet Fe terhadap kadar hemoglobin Ibu hamil dengan anemia di Puskesmas Kumun Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2022. Disarankan pada ibu hamil sebaiknya memperhatikan makanan dan minuman sehari-hari agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan selama kehamilan seperti minuman yang mengandung zat besi yang tinggi seperti mengkosumsi sari kacang hijau dan tablet fe. Namun kenyataan dilapangan penggunaan partograf oleh bidan masih kurang tepat karena penggunaan partograf yang seharusnya digunakan selama proses persalinan tetapi digunakan setelah persalinan. Dukungan pengetahuan pada seorang bidan merupakan syarat utama dalam melaksanakan deteksi dini komplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, masa kerja dan kepatuhan bidan dengan partograf di puskesmas meranti kecamatan renah pamenang kabupaten merangin tahun 2022. Desain penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif. sampel ini adalah bidan yang bekerja di puskesmas desa meranti, berjumlah 20 orang. instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner mengenai pengetahuan,masa kerja, kepatuhan tentang partograf data ini di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan tentang partograf di puskesmas meranti kecamatan renah pamenang kabupaten merangin tahun 2022 sebagian besar dalam kategori cukup sebanyak 70%. Masa kerja bidan di puskesmas meranti kecamatan renah pamenang kabupaten merangin dalam kategori < 5 tahun sebanyak 65%. kepatuhan bidan tentang partograf di puskesmas meranti kecamatan renah pamenang kabupaten merangin tahun 2022 sebagian besar dalam kategori patuh sebanyak 95%. Lama kerja tidak memiliki keterkaitan yang cukup kuat dengan nilai kepatuhan seorang bidan dalam proses penggunaan partograf. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumber referensi perbaikan tingkat pengetahuan dan kepatuhan. Bagi pihak puskesmas agar dapat secara mendalam untuk mengadakan peningkatan kompetensi bidan dalam bentuk pelatihan seminar.
