Hasil analisis menunjukkan terjadinya penurunan tekanan sistole 5 mmHg dan tidak ada perubahan pada tekanan darah distol .Perawat sebagai educator dapat memberkan informasi dan pendidikan kesehatan pada klien dengan hipertensi berupa metode penurunan nyeri dengan teknik Hidroterapi rendam kaki air hangat. Penderita hipertensi dapat dilakukan penanganan yaitu dengan farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Salah satu terapi non farmakologi yaitu pemberian Relaksasi Aromaterapi Lavender. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIAN) ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis intervensi manjemen nyeri melalui pemberian Relaksasi Aromaterapi Lavender pada masalah nyeri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada terjadi penurunan skala nyeri yaitu dari skala 4 (nyeri sedang) menjadi skala 1 (nyeri ringan). Perawat sebagai edukator dapat memberikan informasi dan pendidikan kesehatan pada klien dengan hipertensi berupa metode penurunan skala nyeri dengan Relaksasi Aromaterapi Lavender. Pasien dengan ansietas memerlukan penanganan dalam menurunkan ansietasnya karena ansietas peningkatan hormon adrenalin sehingga akan meningkatan tekanan darah, kondisi ini membahayakan bagi penderita hipertensi. Penderita hipertensi dapat dilakukan penanganan dengan farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Salah satu terapi non farmakologi yaitu penerapan relaksasi otot progresif. Tujuan : Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIAN) ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis intervensi terapi relaksasi nonfarmakologi melalui penerapan relaksasi otot progresif pada masalah ansietas. Metode : penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang dilakukan pada Tn.D yang mengalami ansietas dengan diagnosa hipertensi. Hasil : analisis menunjukkan ada terjadi penurunan derajat ansietas dari score HARS 25 (ansietas sedang) menjadi score HARS 14 (ansietas ringan). Kesimpulan : Pada penelitian ini terdapat perubahan yang signifikan dalam pemberian relaksasi otot progresif terhadap kecemasan pada penderita hipertensi.
