Program ini mengedepankan peran serta kepedulian anggota keluarga untuk mencapai kesejahteraan keluarga. Beberapa tujuan program tribina adalah menciptakan keluarga yang sejahtera dan berkualitas, mengurangi kasus pernikahan dini, mengurangi kasus penelantaran lansia. Program Tribina ini di bentuk oleh forum yang ada di kampung KB. Kota Bukittinggi memiliki 24 Kampung KB yang terdaftrar di dalam BKKBN kampung keluarga berkualitas tahun 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program tribina di Kampung KB Kelurahan Bukik Canggang Kayu Ramang Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2024. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Case Study. Informan yang diambil berjumlah 9 orang dari Dinas P3APPKB, Kader dan Keluarga Tribina. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara dan lembar observasi. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Agustus sampai September 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Tribina dipengaruhi oleh elemen input yang menjadi faktor pendukung keberhasilan program meliputi: sumber daya manusia yang mana di sini masih terdapat kekurangan sumber daya manusia dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan baik jumlah serta pengetahuan petugas dan kader terhadap tribina, kebijakan yang di pakai di Bukittinggi sudah sesuai dengan aturan dan juknis yang ada dari BKKBN, pada pendanaan disini tribina menggunakan anggaran APBD dan BOKB, untuk sarana dan prasarana masih tedapat kekurangan pada bina kelarga remaja dan bina keluarga lansia,elemen proses yang menjadi upaya pencapaian program meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, elemen output meliputi hasil / pencapaian kegiatan tribina yang telah di laksanakan di kampung KB. Berdasakan hasil analisis maka penulis menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program tribina di Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas (KB) Kelurahan Bukik Cangang Kayu Ramang masih belum maksimal dan perlu ada kegiatan inovatif serta sosialisasi kemasyarakat untuk mendukung terlaksanya tribina secara optimal.
