The aim of this research is to determine the factors related to the Pregnant Women's Class in the Mapaddegat Community Health Center Work Area in 2023. The research method used is quantitative and the type used in this research is an analytical survey which aims to find out the factors related to maternal class participation. pregnant at the Mapaddegat Community Health Center using a cross-sectional approach, the population of this study was 252 people, then the sample was 35 people using purposive random sampling. Based on the results of the chi square statistical test with a confidence level of 95% (a=0.05), the results of the univariate analysis showed that more than half had a positive attitude, 19 respondents, 21 respondents had a no-risk age category, 22 respondents received support from their husbands, health facilities. accessible to 29 respondents, and regularly attending classes for pregnant women as many as 20 respondents, whereas based on bivariate analysis it was found that there was a relationship between knowledge and class participation for pregnant women with a p value of 0.007 < 0.05, there was a relationship between attitudes and class participation for pregnant women with a p value of 0.021 < 0.05, there is a relationship between age and participation in the pregnant women's class with a p value of 0.002 < 0.05, there is a relationship between husband's support and participation in the pregnant women's class with a p value of 0.030 < 0.05, there is no relationship between the accessibility of health facilities and participation in the pregnant women's class with a p value of 0.332 > 0.05 and there is a relationship between employment and participation in classes for pregnant women with a p value of 0.003 < 0.05. It is hoped that health workers can improve class services for pregnant women so that the desired targets can be achieved well.
