One that plays an important role in improving human quality is breastfeeding. The success of exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by the support and role of the family, especially husband support, besides that adequate health worker support also affects exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between husband support and health worker support for exclusive breastfeeding in the Koto Rajo Health Centre Working Area in 2023. This type of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional study research design, the study population is mothers who have babies 6-12 months, namely 32 people, sampling techniques using Total Sampling technique. From the results of univariate analysis obtained more than half (56.2%) of respondents with negative husband support, more than half (53.1%) of respondents with negative health worker support, and more than half (53.1%%) of respondents did not provide exclusive breastfeeding. From the results of bivariate analysis, the statistical test results of husband support obtained P value = 0. 000> 0.05 and the value of health worker support obtained P value = 0.014> 0.05 so it was concluded that there was a relationship between husband support and health worker support for exclusive breastfeeding in the Koto Rajo Health Centre Working Area in 2023. It is expected for husbands and health workers to increase support for breastfeeding mothers so that exclusive breastfeeding can be achieved in infants.
