This study aims to determine the relationship between distance, parity, age and abortion at Subulussalam City Hospital in 2023. This type of research uses an analytic survey method using a cross-sectional study design with a retrospective approach, a population of 130, a sample of 93 using accidental sampling, using the bivariate test using the square SPSS test, data collection using observation sheets and the time of the study was conducted on January 13, 2023 to February 3, 2023. Results Maternal age with abortion in mothers p = 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between maternal age and abortion in RSUD kota subulussalam in 2023. Meanwhile, parity and spacing of pregnancies are not related to abortion. Several factors cause abortion, namely parity, mother's age, history of abortion, level of education and interval of pregnancies.
