Melihat banyaknya kasus kematian yang disebabkan oleh stroke, maka oleh sebab itu ada salah satu cara rehabilitas yang bisa diikuti oleh pasien stroke ialah terapi ROM (Range of motion), agar ROM terlaksana dengan baik membutuhkan dukungan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi pelaksanaan Range of Motion (ROM) pada pasien post stroke diwilayah kerja puskesmas Rasimah Ahmad Bukittinggi 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rasihmah Ahmad. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 58 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan lebih dari separoh responden memiliki dukungan keluarga baik yaitu 36 (62,1%) dan lebih dari separoh responden memiliki motivasi kuat yaitu 36 (62,1%). Dengan hasil analisa Chi-Square didapatkan nilai p=0,004,OR = 6,125 artinya ada hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi dalam pelaksanaan range of motion (rom) pada pasien post stroke diwilayah kerja puskesmas rasimah ahmad bukittinggi 2020. Dimana p-value <alpha maka H0 ditolak Ha diterima. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan peneliti ini sehingga bermanfaat bagi masyarakat maupun bagi instansi pendidikan khususnya keperawatan komunitas.
