Begitu juga di Desa Muara Madras yang melaporkan 46 kasus gizi buruk atau menyumbang sebesar 19,49% kasus permasalahan gizi di Kabupaten Merangin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas puding jagung terhadap berat badan balita dengan gizi kurang di Puskesmas Muara Madras Kabupaten Merangin tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre test dan post test design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh balita usia 2 – 5 bulan yaitu sebanyak 31 balita. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan besaran sampel sebanyak 10 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini meliputi analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rata- rata berat badan responden sebelum intervensi pemberian pudding jagung adalah 9,95 Kg dan setelah intervensi 10,43 Kg dengan standar deviasi 1,294, dimana setelah intervensi telah ditemukan 2 orang (20%) responden dengan status gizi normal berdasarkan standar antropometri BB/U. Berdasarkan analisis statistik diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata berat badan responden antara sebelum dan setelah intervensi dengan beda rata-rata 0,48 Kg dan nilai p = 0,0001. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pudding jagung efektiv dalam meningkatkan berat badan pada balita dengan gizi kurang. Diharapkan kepada orang tua balita untuk dapat menerapkan pola makan seimbang pada balita serta memberikan PMT yang bernutrisi, salah satunya adalah pudding jagung yang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan berat badan balita dengan gizi kurang. Cara untuk mengatasi kram kaki yaitu dengan melakukan aktivitas olahraga ringan seperti berjalan kaki.Tujuan umum penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas jalan santai ringan pagi hari terhadap penurunan kram (deformitas) pada kaki bagi ibu hamil trimester II dan III di Poliklinik Kebidanan RSUD Chotib Quzwain Sarolangun tahun 2018. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi experiment dengan rancangan one grup pretest-posttest design pada subjek yang sama untuk megetahui efektifitas jalan santai ringan pagi hari terhadap penurunan kram (deformitas) pada kaki bagi ibu hamil trimester II dan III. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai Maret 2019, sampel ibu hamil yang mengalami kram kaki di Poliklinik RSUD Chatib Quswain Sarolangun, yaitu sebanyak 14 orang dan pengolahan data menggunakan uji t-test dependent (paired sample t-test). Hasil analisis univariat pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa rata-rata rata-rata tingkat kram kaki pada ibu hamil trimester II dan III sebelum dilakukan tindakan jalan santai ringan pagi hari adalah 4,64. Kemudian rata-rata tingkat kram kaki pada ibu hamil trimester II dan III setelah dilakukan tindakan jalan santai ringan pagi hari adalah 1,57. Hasil analisis bivariat diperoleh adanya pengaruh jalan santai ringan pagi hari terhadap penurunan kram (Deformitas) pada kaki bagi ibu hamil trimester II dan III di Poliklinik Kebidanan RSUD Chotib Quzwain Sarolangun tahun 2018 (p-value=0,002 (p < 0,05)). Diharapkan kepada setiap tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan kepada ibu hamil tentang salah satu manfaat jalan kaki santai pagi hari serta mengupayakan program jalan kaki santai pagi hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Jus Jambu Biji Merah dan Sari Kurma Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin Ibu Hamil Anemia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Koto Alam Kecamatan Palembayan Kabupaten Agam Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperimental dengan pendekatan non equivalent control group design yang telah dilakukan pada bulan September – Oktober 2019 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Koto Alam dengan populasi seluruh ibu hamil anemia yaitu sebanyak 20 orang. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, analisis data meliputi analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji T-independent test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata peningkatan kadar hemoglobin responden pada kelompok intervensi jus buah jambu biji adalah 0,69 dengan nilai p = 0,000 dan peningkatan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin responden pada kelompok intervensi sari kurma adalah 1,09 dengan nilai p = 0,000. Pemberian sari kurma lebih efektif terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil anemia dengan beda rata-rata peningkatan 0,425 dan nilai p = 0,008. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian sari kurma lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil anemia jika dibandingkan pemberian jus jambu biji merah. Diharapkan pada ibu hamil anemia untuk memperhatikan kecukupan gizi dan nutrisi selama hamil dan disarankan kepada ibu untuk dapat memanfaatkan sari kurma yang terbukti efektif meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin. It has provided a remarkably authoritative description of both gross and microscopic anatomy of the human body for many generations of medical students and practicing medical scientists on a worldwide basis. It has been, and remains, cher- ished not only as a primary source of anatomical knowledge but also as a reliable resource to which the student or practitioner might return for many years, indeed, throughout the entire length of a medical career. Although the classical text is regularly updated, recent major developments in both basic and clinical medicine have prompted a major reconsideration of the utility of a single large volume devoted to all of human anatomy. Concerns are especially related to the increasing specialization, if not frank fragmentation, of the medical arts with which the contemporary physician must deal on a day-to-day basis. As a consequence of such a reappraisal, a decision has been made to extract focused portions of the major text devoted to specific conceptual domains. Gray’s Anatomy itself will remain as authoritative as ever but will be expanded by the inclusion of clinical case material to illustrate in depth, whenever possible, the application of anatomical principles to the bedside. The field of neuroanatomy lends itself particularly well to such a departure from the more traditional approach to human anatomy, with the original Gray’s material being utilized as the foundation for such an enhanced pedagogical approach. Title A name given to the resource Anatomy Morphological Anatomy from a Phenomenological Point of View Description An account of the resource In his book Lifelines Steven Rose states: “The challenge to the opponents of biological determinism is that, while we may have been effective in our critique of its reductionist claims, we have failed to offer a coherent alternative framework within which to interpret living processes”. We have the same challenge with regard to morphology. It is imperative to offer a satisfactory alternative framework. In trying to remedy this problem we have striven for two goals: first, to indicate an ‘alternative framework’ in morphology, and second, to show that the alternative framework opens new possibilities for interpreting morphological facts. We used a Goethean approach that allows us to position the detailed knowledge of Anatomy in the context of the whole of the organism. In this method, a careful description is followed by portraying the dynamic quality of the studied part, for instance the humerus. Comparison of different parts of the skeleton helps us to see patterns in what we have observed. We become aware of a blueprint that can eventually show us the role the humerus plays in the whole of the skeleton from a dynamic viewpoint. We chose the dynamic quality in morphology for this purpose since it allows us to see coherence in the facts. The dynamic quality in morphology can be shown to refer to functional processes in biology. This results in new concepts in morphology. These new concepts recapture an understanding of morphologic facts in living organisms. This gives us, for instance, a possibility of understanding the relation between consciousness and behavior to the shape of the body. We hope that this framework will be helpful for medical students, who have to learn and remember many anatomical details. Experience has taught us that an overview of the whole makes remembering the details easier. We present this module in an effort to aid medical students and others to take in the wonderful world of anatomical morphology and remember it better in later study and work. We want to emphasize that this module does not replace the textbook on anatomy. The information in the module is compact and presupposes the knowledge contained in regular textbooks.
