Title A name given to the resource PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TABLET Fe KOMBINASI PISANG AMBON TERHADAP KADAR Hb REMAJA PUTRI KELAS X dan XI DI MAN 1 PADANG PANJANG TAHUN 2019 Description An account of the resource Menurut data WHO (2013) sebagian besar anemia terjadi karna kekurangan zat besi, di indonesia sekitar 50,9% pada laki-laki dan 49,1% pada perempuan yang mengalami anemia. Terapi yang dilakukan adalah pemberian tablet Fe. Penyerapan zat besinya dipengaruhi oleh vitamin C dan apa yang dikonsumsi tubuh. Salah satu buah yang mengandung vitamin C dan zat besi adalah buah pisang ambon. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tablet Fe kombinasi pisang ambon dalam meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin. Metode penelitian ini penelitian ini adalah quasi-eksperimen dengan Prestest-Posttest two Group design. Populasinya adalah remaja putri yang mengalami anemia ringan dan anemia sedang di MAN 1 Padang Panjang dengan jumlah sampel 12 orang remaja putri. Hasil analisa univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Uji Pairet sampel T-test. Hasil analisa univariat diketahui rata-rata kadar Hb remaja putri sebelum diberikan tablet Fe kombinasi pisang ambon adalah 8.2, rata-rata kadar Hb remaja putri setelah diberikan tablet Fe kombinasi pisang ambon adalah 12, kadar Hb remaja putri sebelum di berikan tablet Fe adalah 9.6, dan rata-rata kadar Hb remaja putri setelah diberikan tablet Fe adalah 12. Hasil analisa bivariate adalah (p = 0,000) didapatkan ada pengaruh pemberian tablet Fe kombinasi pisang ambon terhadap kadar Hb remaja putri. Kesimpulan bahwa pemberian tablet Fe kombinasi pisang ambon dapat meningkatkan kadar Hb. Jadi diharapkan tablet Fe serta pisang ambon inni dapat diaplikasikan oleh remaja putri dengan anemia untuk meningkatkan Hb dan penurunkan angka kejadian anemia dapat tercapai.
