                <text>  Menurut data WHO  (2013)  sebagian besar anemia terjadi karna &#13;
kekurangan zat besi,  di indonesia  sekitar  50,9% pada laki-laki dan 49,1% &#13;
pada perempuan  yang  mengalami anemia.  Terapi yang dilakukan adalah &#13;
pemberian tablet Fe. Penyerapan  zat besinya dipengaruhi oleh vitamin C dan &#13;
apa yang dikonsumsi tubuh. Salah satu buah yang mengandung vitamin C dan &#13;
zat besi adalah buah pisang ambon. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui &#13;
pengaruh tablet Fe kombinasi pisang ambon  dalam meningkatkan kadar &#13;
hemoglobin.  Metode  penelitian ini  penelitian ini adalah  quasi-eksperimen &#13;
dengan Prestest-Posttest  two Group design. Populasinya adalah remaja putri &#13;
yang mengalami anemia ringan dan anemia sedang di MAN 1 Padang &#13;
Panjang dengan jumlah sampel 12 orang remaja putri. Hasil analisa univariat &#13;
dan bivariat menggunakan Uji Pairet sampel T-test. Hasil  analisa univariat &#13;
diketahui rata-rata kadar Hb remaja putri sebelum diberikan tablet Fe &#13;
kombinasi pisang ambon adalah 8.2, rata-rata kadar Hb remaja putri setelah &#13;
diberikan tablet Fe kombinasi pisang ambon adalah 12, kadar Hb remaja putri &#13;
sebelum di berikan tablet Fe adalah 9.6, dan rata-rata kadar Hb remaja putri &#13;
setelah diberikan tablet Fe adalah 12.  Hasil  analisa  bivariate adalah (p  = &#13;
0,000) didapatkan ada pengaruh pemberian tablet Fe kombinasi pisang ambon &#13;
terhadap kadar Hb remaja putri.  Kesimpulan  bahwa pemberian tablet Fe &#13;
kombinasi  pisang ambon dapat meningkatkan kadar Hb.  Jadi diharapkan &#13;
tablet Fe serta pisang ambon inni dapat diaplikasikan oleh remaja putri &#13;
dengan anemia untuk meningkatkan Hb dan penurunkan angka  kejadian &#13;
anemia dapat tercapai. &#13;
