Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Dalam Dengan AromaTerapi Melati Terhadap Disminorhe Pada Siswi MTSN 13 Kabupaten Agam Tahun 2019. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre-post test design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan membagi jumlah atau anggota populasi dengan perkiraan jumlah sampel yang di inginkan sebannyak 20 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembaran observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan aromaterapi melati secara relaksasi nafas dalam dengan rata-rata nyeri adalah 3.85 dan setelah dilakukan aromaterapi melati secara nafas dalam rata-rata nyeri adalah 1.85. Pada uji paired t- Test didapatkan hasil bahwa p = 0,000, dimana p < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Dalam Dengan Aroma Terapi MelatiTerhadap Disminorhe Pada Siswi MTSN 13 KabupatenAgamTahun 2019. Maka diharapkan bagi penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat meneliti tentang faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi pengurangan nyeri dismenorhe pada responden.
