Data Dinkes Provinsi Jambi diperoleh lebih dari 50% masyarakat menggunakan kontrasepsi progestin. Puskesmas Sungai Penuh Kecamatan Sungai Penuh Kota Sungai Penuh di dapatkan dari 5 ibu yang menggunakan menggunakan KB Progestin 4 orang menyatakan Berat badan bertambah setelah menggunakan KB. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perbandingan Perubahan Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT) Pada Pengguna KB Progestin Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Penuh Kecamatan Sungai Penuh Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional study. Tempat penelitian di wilayah kerja puskesmas Sungai Penuh. Waktu penelitian dilakukan bulan Januari- Agustus 2022. Populasi seluruh pengguna KB Progestin sebanyak 77 orang sampel yang digunakan teknik Total sampling diuji dengan uji one way anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata selisih IMT pada akseptor KB Implan adalah 0,943 dengan standar deviasinya yaitu 1,182. Selisih IMT terendah sebesar -.0,83 dan selisih IMT tertinggi 3,03. Rata-rata selisih IMT pada akseptor KB suntik adalah 1,18 dengan standar deviasinya yaitu 1,27. Selisih IMT terendah sebesar-1,69 dan selisih IMT tertinggi 6,49. Rata-rata selisih IMT pada akseptor KB pil adalah 1,705 dengan standar deviasinya yaitu 1,59. Selisih IMT terendah sebesar -2,50 dan selisih IMT tertinggi 4,81. p-value= 0,208> 0,05 artinya berarti ada pengaruh penggunaan KB progestin terhadap indeks masa tubuh (IMT). Disimpulkan tidak ada Perbandingan perubahan indeks masa tubuh (IMT) pada pengguna KB Progestin. Diharapkan kepada akseptor dapat mengetahui informasi terkait efek samping dari penggunaan KB baik yang mengandung hormonal ataupun tidak hormonal.
