Title A name given to the resource PENGARUH REBUSAN PEPAYA MUDA (CARICA PAPAYA L) TERHADAP VOLUME ASI IBU MENYUSUI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PERAWANG KECAMATAN TUALANG KABUPATEN SIAK TAHUN 2022 Description An account of the resource Air Susu Ibu (ASI) adalah makanan terbaik untuk bayi karena ASI merupakan makanan alamiah yang sempurna. Cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kecamatan Tualang pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 60,4%, angka ini menunjukkan adanya penurunan sebanyak 26,1% dari tahun 2020. Menurunnya angka cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif salah satunya dikarenakan kurangnya produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui, salah satu terapi komplementer untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI adalah dengan pemberian rebusan pepaya muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rebusan pepaya muda terhadap volume ASI ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Perawang Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. Desain penelitian ini adalah pre eksperiment menggunakan rancangan one group pre test post test. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 responden dari 143 populasi dengan menggunakan quota sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi kemudian analisis dengan uji paired sample t test. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei – Juli tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan rebusan pepaya muda dengan rata-rata 29,86 ml dan setelah diberikan diberikan rebusan pepaya muda dengan rata-rata 93,29. Pada uji paired sample t test didapatkan hasil bahwa p=0,000, dimana p<0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bawa ada pengaruh rebusan pepaya muda terhadap volume ASI ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Perawang Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. Saran, untuk ibu menyusui agar dapat memanfaatkan rebusan pepaya muda sebagai terapi komplementer untuk memperlancar produksi ASI.
