Salah satu tanda dan gejala nyata dari skizofrenia adalah halusinasi pendengaran. Keseriusan masalah disebabkan oleh isi halusinasi pendengaran yang dialami terkadang memberikan perintah untuk melakukan kekerasan pada orang lain, hingga melakukan percobaan bunuh diri. Salah satu nilai atau terapi non farmakologis yang dapat digunakan agar gejala dan tanda halusinasi bisa menurun adalah dengan terapi zikir Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan terapi dzikir untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan pasien dalam mengontrol haslusinasi pendengaran menggunakan terapi psikoreligius: dzikir. Metode studi kasus ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan pada 1 klien fokus pada masalah dalam kasus asuhan keperawatan halusinasi pendengaran. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa terapi generalis cara mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran dan terapi psikoreligius: dzikir selama 1 hari dengan 3 kali pengulangan dengan durasi dzikir setiap pengulangannya 10-20 menit. Hasil studi kasus pada klien menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan mengontrol halusinasi setelah pemberian terapi psikoreligius: dzikir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa pasien yang malas beraktivitas dan tidak mampu bersosialisasi tidak mampu melakukan pemenuhan kebutuhan defisit perawatan diri mandi dan berhias klien karena kurangnya dukungan motivasi, pemberian pengetahuan, serta kurangnya ketersediaan alat dan bahan perawatan diri khususnya mandi dan berhias, (Rahman1, dkk.2019). Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIAN) ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan asuhan keperawatan dengan Defisit Perawatan Diri di ruang SIGMA Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Propinsi Jambi. Tekanan darah tersebut membuat system sirkulasi dan organ yang mendapat suplai darah (termasuk jantung dan otak) menjadi tegang. Adapun tanda gejala yang muncul pada pasien hipertensi selain meningkatnya tekanan darah, pasien juga mengalami nyeri pada kepala dan tengkuk, penanganan nyeri dan tekanan darah dapat dilakukan dengan farmakologi dan non-farmakologi. Salah satu penanganan non-farmakologi adalah pemberian terapi progressive muscle relaxation. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIAN) ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis intervensi penanganan nyeri dan tekanan darah non-farmakologis melalui pemberian terapi progressive muscle relaxation. Hasil analisis menunjukkan didapatkan TD pada hari pertama 160/100 mmHg, TD pada hari kedua yaitu 140/100 mmHg sedangkan pada hari ke 3 dilakukan pemberian terapi progresive muscle relaxation didapatkan TD 130/80 mmHg sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa pemberian terapi progresive muscle relaxation efektif untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri pada pasien hipertensi dan dapat menetralkan tekanan darah sehingga bisa menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi yang dilakukan dengan serius dan mengikuti arahan dari perawat. Disarankan pada pasien hipertensi agar dapat melakukan terapi progressive muscle relaxation di rumah agar dapat menurunkan nyeri dan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi.
