Nyeri adalah suatu pengalaman multidimensional. Nyeri yang timbul akibat gout arthritis memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yaitu nyeri timbul tiba-tiba dan terasa panas seperti terbakar yang disertai pembengkakan, timbulnya kemerahan pada kulit dan kulit teraba hangat serta adanya rasa kaku pada sendi yang terkena gout arhtritis jika digerakkan. Penderita gout arthritis dilakukan penanganan yaitu dengan farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Salah satu terapi non farmakologi ada Penerapan senam ergonomik. Tujuan KIAN ini untuk Melaksanakan Penerapan Senam Ergonomis Terhadap Penurunan Skala Nyeri Pada Pasien Dengan Gout Artritis. Hasil analisis pengukuran bahwa setelah dilakukan senam ergonomic terdapat penurunan skala nyeri yang dirasakan oleh klien Ny.D yaitu dari skala 5 menjadi skala 2. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skala nyeri yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan pemberian senam ergonomik pada pasien Ny.D dengan gout artritis. Tekanan darah tersebut membuat system sirkulasi dan organ yang mendapat suplai darah (termasuk jantung dan otak) menjadi tegang. Adapun tanda gejala yang muncul pada pasien hipertensi selain meningkatnya tekanan darah, pasien juga mengalami nyeri pada kepala dan tengkuk, penanganan nyeri dan tekanan darah dapat dilakukan dengan farmakologi dan non-farmakologi. Salah satu penanganan non- farmakologi adalah penerapan relaksasi genggam jari. adapun tujuan dalam penulisan ini yaitu Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Tn.L Dengan Penerapan Relaksasi Genggam Jari Untuk Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Hipertensi Di Pukesmas Limbur Tembesi Tahun 2023. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIAN) ini untuk menganalisis intervensi penanganan nyeri dan tekanan darah non-farmakologis melalui penerapan relaksasi genggam jari. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3 hari terhitung mulai pada tanggal 20 Agustus 2023 pada pukul 09.00 sampai 17.00 WIB sampai dengan tanggal 22 Agustus 2023 pada pukul 17.00 WIB maka diagnosa keperawatan Nyeri Akut (D. 0077) berhubungan dengan peningkatan tekanan vaskuler serebral dapat teratasi selama 3 hari rawatan dimulai dari awal pasien masuk pada tanggal 20 hingga 22 Agustus pasien pulang dengan hasil klien mengatakan nyeri telah berkurang, tekanan darah sudah kembali normal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan didapatkan TD pada hari pertama 160/100 mmHg, TD pada hari kedua yaitu 150/90 mmHg sedangkan pada hari ke 3 dilakukan Penerapan Relaksasi Genggam Jari Untuk Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Hipertensi didapatkan TD 130/80 mmHg sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa pemberian Penerapan Relaksasi Genggam Jari Untuk Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Hipertensi efektif.
