Suplementasi tablet Fe merupakan upaya yang efektif karena dapat mencegah maupun menanggulangi anemia yang diakibatkan oleh defisiensi zat besi dan asam folat. Spesifikasi Tablet Fe yang diberikan mengandung zat besi elemental 60 mg dan asam folat 400 mcg. Prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sumbersari sebesar 11,4%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sumbersari Kabupaten Tebo Tahun 2022 Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasi dan alat yang digunakan adalah lembar kuisioner dan Hb Sahli, dengan jumlah sampel 38 orang, tekhnik pengambilan sampel concecutive Sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni – Agustus 2022. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Lebih dari setengah (68,4%) tidak menderita anemia , sebahagian besar (76,3 %) yang mempunyai kepatuhan akan mengkonsumsi tabket fe pada ibu hamil trimester III Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sumbersari kabupaten Tebo tahun 2022, Ada hubungan kepatuhan mengonsumsi tablet fe dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sumbersari Kabupaten Tebo Tahun 2022 dengan nilai p=0,029 (p˂0,05). Pada penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kepatuhan konsumsi tablet fe dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil Trimester III Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sumbersari Tahun 2022 Kepada petugas kesehatan agar dapat meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang anemia pada pada ibu hamil, penyebab dan pencegahannya. Kontrasepsi yang paling banyak digunakan adalah Depo Medroksi Progesteron Asetat (DMPA) atau depo provera (suntik tiga bulan). Pola pemilihan jenis kontrasepsi pada tahun 2020 menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar akseptor memilih menggunakan metode suntik sebesar 72,9%. Menurut BKKBN peserta KB aktif Pasangan Usia Subur tahun 2020 sebesar 67,6%. Salah satu kerugian dari pemakaian DMPA adalah terjadinya perubahan pola haid atau gangguan haid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Lama Penggunaan Kontrasepsi Suntik 3 Bulan Dengan Gangguan Haid Di Desa Kemantan Tinggi, Kecamatan Air Hangat Timur, Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan pada bulan Juni- Agustus 2022. Populasi penelitian yaitu 46 akseptor dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 38 akseptor. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan metode Lottery technique. Hasil analisa univariat variabel independen lama penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan dari 38 responden diperoleh 22 responden dengan kategori >2,5 tahun, variabel dependen gangguan haid dari 38 responden didapatkan sebagian besar 29 responden mengalami gangguan haid, dari penelitian ini didapati adanya hubungan lama penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan dengan gangguan haid yaitu nilai dengan p-value = 0,036 yang berarti hipotesis penilaian (Ha) dapat diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan lama penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan dengan gangguan haid di Desa Kemantan Tinggi, Kecamatan Air Hangat Timur, Kabupaten Kerinci tahun 2022. Disarankan kepada akseptor KB agar berkonsultasi kepada bidan tentang kelebihan dan kekurangan kontrasepsi sebelum memutuskan menggunakan kontrasepsi.
