E.W AMD.KEB KOTA PADANG PANJANG TAHUN 2023 Description An account of the resource Wanita hamil untuk pertama kali (primigravida) menunjukkan gejala kecemasan kognitif seperti menjadi sering melupakan apa yang harus dilakukan ketika memikirkan waktu persalinan yang semakin dekat, takut jika anaknya nanti lahir tidak sempurna, khawatir akan hal-hal buruk terjadi selama proses persalinan, karena belum memiliki pengalaman serta bayangan tentang rasanya melahirkan dan tidak tahu hal apa yang akan dilakukan nanti selama proses persalinan. Tujuan umum untuk mengetahui bagaimana Hubungan Dukungan Suami Dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Ibu Melahirkan Primipara Dalam Menerima Anak Pertama Di PMB Hj. E.W. Amd.Keb Kota Padang Panjang Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei analitik dan pendekatan Cross sectional. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 responden dari 32 populasi dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Analisa data di lakukan dengan menggunakan ujistatistic pearson Chi-square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dari jumlah 30 responden , responden dengan tingkat kecemasan ringan sebanyak 16 responden (53,3%), responden dengan tingkat kecemasan sedang sebanyak 11 responden (36,7%), responden dengan tingkat kecemasan berat sebanyak 3 responden (10,0%), dengan uji statistik chi-square dengan nilai, α = 0.05 dan diperoleh ρ = 0.000. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa ada hubungan dukungan suami dengan tingkat k ecemasan ibu melahirkan primiparadalam menerima anak pertama di PMB Hj.E.W. Amd.Keb Kota Padang Panjang Tahun 2023. Diharapkan kepada PMB Hj.E.W,Amd.Keb agar dapat memberikan konseling tentang persalinan baik kepada ibu bersalin maupun kepada suaminya, agar suami dapat memahami kondisi istrinya dan dapat memberikan dukungan penuh pada saat proses persalinan.
