Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan Untuk mengertahui Pengaruh pemberian jus alpukat dan madu terhadap nyeri dismenorea primer pada siswi kelas X Asrama Putri MAN 1 Padang Panjang tahun 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi-Eksperiment.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidential sampling. Hasil uji Paired SampleT-test sebelum dan sesudah diberikan jus alpukat dan madu dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 ( P<0,05). Uji Normalitas data terdistribusi normal. Maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah diberikan jus alpukat dan madu terhadap tingkat nyeri haid. Hasil perbandingan antara kelompok intervensi dengan kelompok kontrol yang lebih efektif adalah yang diberikan jus alpukat dan madu. Dengan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan para remaja yang mengalami dismenorea dapat menggunakan jus alpukat dan madu untuk mengurangi nyerihaid.
